Mango Pre Order Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions — Global Supermart Mango Pre-Order

Pickup Global Supermart will notify customers via SMS when mangoes are ready for collection at the store. Orders must be collected within 2 days of the "Ready for Pickup" notification during store hours. Global Supermart is not responsible for mango quality if not collected within this timeframe.

Failure to Pick Up If mangoes are not collected within two days, the order will be cancelled without refund. Global Supermart is not liable for issues arising from incorrect email addresses or mobile numbers provided at the time of ordering.

Order Fulfillment If Global Supermart is unable to fulfil an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued for any payments made.

Fruit Size & Weight Fruit size can vary significantly throughout the season. Weight ranges provided are a general reference only. Fruit weight may decrease during transit depending on the rate of ripening and may lose up to 5% of its initial weight. Box count is determined by the maximum number of fruits that can be packed safely without risk of damage.

Spongy Tissue in Alphonso Mangoes Alphonso Mangoes are susceptible to a genetic condition known as "Spongy Tissue," which can cause soft or mushy patches within the flesh. Due to the perishable nature of mangoes and their limited shelf life, no refunds or replacements are available for this condition.

Cancellation Policy Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to bharath.shah@globalsupermart.com.au using the email address provided at the time of ordering. Please include your order number and contact number. Orders cancelled within 48 hours of placement will receive a full refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations requested after 48 hours.
